In this first blog I'll guide you about the CMS (WordPress) tool. It is a very powerful tool for building a websites, not only simple, you can create everything from simple websites, to blogs, to complex portals and enterprise and many more.
When I was learning WordPress I didn't find any suitable tutorials for this, Now this days I have well knowledge and experience in almost all CMS tools and mostly WordPress.
During my professionally work I found few important plugin which help you can create very attractive website and also you can customize its look with any .psd files(Designed templates in Adobe Photoshop).

Before install WordPress you need a database(MySQL) and PHP.
(any version but WordPress recommended PHP 7 or greater version, MySQL 5.6 or greater).

You will get Wampserver 64-bit and 32-bit but install only 32-bit because in 64-bit it will require C++ and visual basic on your system.
Install Wampserver:
When you downloaded Wampserver, run the installation program
and carefully follow the instructions images.
During the
installation Wampserver will ask your default web browser and editor locations,
By default
it you can choose any one in your browser list but I prefer “IE” and for editor
“notepad” from your windows folder.
When you will done installation, you can launch Wampserver.
